Common questions
Do you manufacture in the UAE?
No. Silk Interior is a trading and supply company. All products are manufactured by our partner factories outside the UAE and imported for your project. We manage specification, quality control, shipping and delivery.
How long does a typical order take?
Lead times depend on the category, finish and quantity. Most cabinetry packages are typically several weeks of production plus shipping time to Jebel Ali. We confirm a programme with every quotation.
Do you install?
We coordinate installation through approved local installation teams, so your supply and fitting are aligned. Installation scope and pricing are set out clearly in your quotation.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. Finish, board and hardware samples are arranged for approval in the UAE before production begins.
Do you work with interior designers and contractors?
Yes. Much of our work comes through interior designers, consultants, developers and fit-out contractors. We can work from your drawings and specifications or help develop them.
Is your pricing inclusive of duties and delivery?
Our quotations are given as landed costs in AED, including freight, customs clearance and delivery to site within the UAE, unless stated otherwise.
